Frank Wisner (Seven Society)

Wiser was deeply involved in establishing the Lockheed U-2 spy plane programe run by Richard Bassell (Brother S&B).[1]
1962, he resigned from the CIA and practiced law in Washington until his death.[3]
1959, Sent to London as CIA Station Chief.[3]
1954, Wisner was said to have masterminded the successful anti-Communist coup in Guatemala.[3]
1953 - J. Edgar Hoover and U.S. Senator McCarthy succeeded in forcing CIA director Allen W. Dulles to dismiss one of his key staff members, Carmel Offie, in 1953 over Wisner’s objections.[15]
1948, Wisner (Seven Socity 1934) established CIA Operation Mockingbird, a program to influence American Media , recruiting Philip Graham (Suicided. Search mind map) to run the project within the industry.
1947, recruited by Dean Acheson (S&K 1915), to work under Charles Saltzman, at the State Department’s Office of Occupied Territories.
1945, Transferred to Wisebaden, Germany, where he served under Allen Dulles as OSS liason to the Gehlen Organisation (Reinhard Gehlen - legendary spymaster)
1944 to 1945 - Stationed in Romania where he became the Head of Office of Strategic Services (OSS) Operations in South Eastern Europe. (just prior to Romania leaving the Axis and joining the Allies in August 1944. 29 Aug 1944, 1,350 American Airmen who were prisoners of the Kingdom of Romania were returned.)[2] In Bucharest he became friendly with King Michael of Romania. Later he became an informal advisor to the royal family and had to advise them to go into excile.[1]
Stationed in Turkey.
Late 1940’s - Transferred from the State Department to the CIA to head the newly created Office of Policy Coordinated Office of Policy. This office was the forerunner of the agency’s “Plans Division” created in 1951.
It’s principal repsonsibility was the conduct of secret political operations as opposed to the other agency functions of gathering intelligence and making analyses.
1941 - Six months prior to Pearl Harbour, he enlisted in the United States Navy. Worked in the Navy’s censor’s office until he was transferred to the OSS.
1934, Began working as a Wall Street for Carter, Ledyard & Milburn.
1934 - Graduated Virginia University. Seven Society.
Died 29 Oct 1965, Suicide by shooting him self in the right temple with a 20-gauge shot gun [3] (given size of a 20 gauge shotgun, an unlikely suicide choice?). Age 56.
