FYI - 1968 to 1977, Lord Mountbatten became UWC’s International President, pressed for the expension o fthe UWC’s role beyond its original West European and North American context, establishing an international office in London and an International Council, and the growing movement was renamed the United World Colleges. 1967 to 1970 - Director, Recruitment & Scholarships, United World Colleges*.(NYC).[2].

UWC founded by educator, Kurt Hahn (Rhodes Scholar)[6] (“There is more in you than you think”) who critized the Hitler / Nazi regime after five Nazi storm-troppers murdered a young communist. Given his Jewish background he said suprisingly little about the holocaust.[7]

1932 to 1966 - Faculty, Groton School*.[2]

1930 to 1932 - Lawyer, Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett (NYC).[2]

1928 to 1930 - Varsity Hockey Coach, JV Footbal Coach, Yale University.[2]

Married Louise Suydam McLanahan

1927 - Graduated Yale, Skull and Bones Patriarch.[1]
