20 Nov 1910 to 30 Nov 1910 - The secretive meeting at Jekyll Island to map plans for a central banking system in the United States. The Federal Reserve originated in a conspiracy.[2][4]

1909 - Became Vice President, Bankers Trust Co.[3]
1904 - Secretary of Bankers Trust. Despite technically having numerous stockholders, the voting power as held by three associates of J.P.Morgan. Thus it was widely viewed as a Morgan Company.
Following several mergers, he was named secretary of Bankers Trust Co.[3]
