9 Nov 1887 - Married in Wilkes-Barre, Pa , Grace Lee, daughter of John Case and Martha Wheeler (Bennett) Phelps, and sister of Z Bennett Phelps, ‘95. Children Sherman Phelps, ex-‘12, Charlotte, the widow of Huntington Lyman, ‘16, and Collier, ‘20. Mrs Platt died July 14, 1907.
