1912 - Became member Board of Directors of University of Cincinnati (chairman of board 1914, and member of its committee on law).[4]
Since 1904 - in private practice.[4]
1899 - Vice-President National Anti-imperialistic League. Prominent member National Civil Service Reform League.[4]
1896 to 1900 - Professor of law at Cincinnati Law School and chairman of the board of trustees.[4]
1891 to 1904 - Judge of the Superior Court Cincinnati.[4]
29 Dec 1886 - Married in Cincinnati, Edith, daughter of Learner Blackman and Fanny (Goodman) Harrison. Five children Frances Harrison; Harrison Braxton, Jio S.; Anna McNaughton, the wife of Robert Lounsbury Black, ‘03; Margaret Adams, who married Jacob MacGavock Dickinson, Jr , ‘12; and Laurence Randolph.[4]
1885 to 1888 - County solicitor of Hamilton County, during which time he was one of the leading attorneys of the Committee of OneHundred, engaged in the prosecution of election frauds; in private practice 1888 to 1891.[4]
1878 to 1885 - Engaged in practice of law in Cincinnati, with exception of one year (1882-83), when he served as first assistant prosecuting attorney of Hamilton County.[4]
1876 to 1878 - Studied at Cincinnati Law School (LL.B. 1878), Winning Dexter Prize for best examination at graduation.[4]
1876 - Graduated Yale, Skull and Bones Patriarch.[1]
Died 18 Dec 1923, from Pneumonia. Age 69
